A: These gentle styles support relaxation, gentle recovery, and flexibility. Overtime, improving mobility and a more balanced nervous system that enhances overall well-being. It's important to go at a pace that meets you where you are right now.
A: Yin, restorative, and chair yoga.
A: Both Yin and Restorative Yoga are slow, meditative practices that promote relaxation, use props for support, and help regulate the nervous system.
A: Wear comfortable clothing. If you have have favorite props like a sand bag, feel free to bring them. Props will be provided, unless otherwise noted.
A: For group classes, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. For private sessions, 24 hours notice is best. For events, at least 48 hours notice. No-shows may incur a fee.
A: Many Yin and Restorative poses can be modified for pregnancy, but please consult your doctor first. Also, reach out before class so I can guide you with safe modifications.
A: In many cases, yes. Classes are meant to be gentle, accessible, and modifications available to support common issues like back pain, joint stiffness, arthritis, or limited mobility. Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga are especially helpful for those recovering or needing extra support.

A: I serve high-quality teas currently from Magic Hour. Teas are chosen to support the time of the day and the theme of the class.
A: Yes! Tea is available for purchase at select locations and events. I also partner with trusted brands whose blends compliment my wellness philosophy.
A: No. All of my classes and sessions are hands-off. For yin, we are working with cooler muscles to reach deeper tissues, while restorative is for your comfort, so both equally require a gentle exploration. I provide modifications and encourage you to honor your body’s natural limits.
